Terms of Service

1. About Velo

Velo is an auto lending platform operated by RG Gamma ("we," "us," or "our"). Velo helps you apply for vehicle financing through participating dealerships and lenders, and helps those dealerships and lenders process, decision, and service your application. Velo is a technology platform: credit decisions are made by the participating lender, not by Velo.

2. Using the service

You may use Velo only to submit truthful, accurate information on your own behalf (or on behalf of a co-applicant with their knowledge and consent). You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access data that does not belong to you.

3. Credit applications

By submitting an application, you certify that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and you authorize the participating dealership and lender to obtain consumer credit reports about you and to verify the information you provide. Submitting an application is a request for credit and may result in a hard credit inquiry.

4. Electronic records and signatures

You consent to receive disclosures, agreements, and notices electronically, and to sign documents electronically. Electronic signatures on Velo have the same effect as ink signatures. You may request paper copies of your documents from your dealership or lender, and you may withdraw this consent by contacting them, which may delay or prevent completion of your transaction.

5. Text messaging program

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send you text messages about your application and loan, such as document requests, status updates, and payment reminders.

• Message frequency varies based on your application and loan activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages.
• Reply HELP for help.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of obtaining credit.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Accounts and security

If you are issued login credentials, you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for activity under your account. Tell your dealership or lender immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, or alters the terms of any loan agreement between you and a lender.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
